Thanks for keeping me up to date with your regular newsletters, they always make interesting reading and usually contain at least one way for me to spend money I don't have! This months being the race caterham, I will be keeping an eye on this one.
I want to give massive congratulations to Colin for his appointment to Evo, I have read this magazine since issue 5 and have not missed even one since then (I even had a letter published a few years ago), I've met most of the staff in one way or another and It is one of my motoring "bibles" so for me there are few accolades higher than being asked to give your opinions for publication, well done, a true marker of your stature as a company within the industry.

The End of the Road

Sad news for Mondeo lovers everywhere .... the talking point of our fleet has driven his last CAT mile.  Monty has served us loyally since the business began back in 2005 but after 6 trips to the Nurburgring and many thousands of miles at Millbrook, it is time for his retirement.  A Saab 95 Aero 2.2 litre has stepped into his shoes and will be doing its best to live up to the Mondeo's reputation joining the Focus as our saloon car options.

And here she is ....

And here she is ....

What a Powerful Sight!

The 2010 CAT Car Club Events Season is well underway now that the days are longer and the weather warmer.  Sunday 18th April saw the second group of R35 owners come to a beautifully sunny Millbrook for the day with their fabulous cars.  A great sight and sound for us all to enjoy.  There was a special guest appearance by Craig Currie, the Nissan Race Academy winner.  Following his win Craig has taken the CAT Academy Programme to give himself the best preparation for the upcoming races.  Craig shared his winning tales and first race experience with us and then set a benchmark time of 40.03 seconds for the End of Day Gymkhana.   The tally now stands at 31 R35 owners who have chosen the CAT team of experts to help them develop their understanding of what this fantastic car and they as drivers are capable of, with another 17 due over the next couple of weeks!
